Pick up an Indian handicraft, or get some henna applied. Join free cultural activities from sari tying to Bollywood dancing and all the Diwali food you can think of.
This event gives the wider community an opportunity to come along and celebrate the Festival of lights - Diwali

12 Noon Consonance Entertainment
Consonance is formed by musicians of a versatile background with immense passion for the arts and performance. Their chemistry and presence ignites the stage with vibrant performances in various styles and genres
12.30pm Ragas Institute
This school of classical dance styles such as Ghazal baithak and Bhajan sandhya and of course Kathak will surely mesmerize you
1.00 PM Siddharth Banerjee
A local Casey resident is taking us back to yesteryears with his adaptations of some classic Bollywood songs.
1.30pm Bollydazzlers Dancetroupe
Fun, bright, Bollywood, belly dancing and interactive workshop for anyone and everyone!
2.30pm Jana Garjana Dhol Pathak
Loud and lively this drumming group will make sure everyone at the festival is in high spirits and moving to beat!
3.30pm Masala Bhangra
Indian dance-based fitness program, designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who love to stay physically active through dance. Taking inspiration from both Bhangra folk dance from northern India and the Bollywood film industry, Masala Bhangra delivers a fusion of moves that combine strength, energy, exhilaration and cheekiness in equal measure in an easy-to-follow format that everyone can enjoy.
4.30pm Shezwan SOS
Shezwan SOS is very very spicy. When it comes to music, this trio loves to perform. From the classics to top 40, from Rock n Roll to Jive, from Blues to Bollywood, Shezwan SOS is all about high energy, dancing, having fun and partying. Are you ready to put some SOS in your party?
5.30pm Tiya Dance Troupe & Academy Melbourne
There are three main styles of Sri Lankan classical dance: The Kandyan dances of the Hill Country, known as Uda Rata Natum; The low country dances of the southern plains, known as Pahatha Rata Natum; Sabaragamuwa dances, or Sabaragamuwa Natum the girls from Tiya Dance group look forward to sharing their culture with you

7.30pm Ranjhe
Loud, energetic and colourful! Ranjhe is a Bhangra team from Melbourne, Australia, who aim to celebrate the richness of the Punjabi culture and inspire the next generations.
8.15pm Shezwan SOS and DJ
And they don't stop! Bringing the party to the end with big dance party sounds!
and of course our sari draped Stilt Divas will be there roaming the festival for colourful one on one photo opportunities from 3pm to 5pm!
