Melton Night Market: A Celebration of Diversity

Ignite your senses at the City of Melton's vibrant Melton Night Market! Across three unforgettable nights, immerse yourself in flavours, rhythms and traditions inspired by Asia, Europe and Oceania. Each evening offers a unique journey, celebrating our cultural diversity and the shared joy of community.

Wander through a dazzling array of market stalls brimming with mouthwatering cuisines, handcrafted treasures and one-of-a-kind goods. Savour the tastes of global street food and connect with local makers and vendors.

The night will come alive with live music and traditional performances to delight audiences of all ages. Whether you’re sampling new flavours, dancing to world rhythms, or simply soaking up the festive atmosphere, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Join us on the first Friday of February, March and April, 5pm to 9pm at Melton Town Centre.

Performances

  • 5.15-6 pm: Sanacori Italian Trio
    Enjoy the soulful melodies and vibrant tunes of traditional Italian music performed by the talented Sanacori Trio. Join in and learn some tarantella dancing!

  • 6.15-6.30pm: Entertainment Dance Creations
    Be dazzled by the glamour and allure of Moulin Rouge-inspired performances, featuring captivating choreography and dazzling costumes.

  • 6.45-7.15pm: David Smile Dance
    Get moving with David Smile as he leads an interactive Latin dance workshop filled with energy, rhythm, and fun.

  • 7.30-8.00pm: Manasis Dance School
    Immerse yourself in the spirited traditions of Greece with dynamic dances and hands-on participation led by the renowned Manasis Dance School.

  • 8.15-9.00pm: Schunkel Band
    Enjoy a lively blend of traditional German Oompah music with tuba, accordion, and spirited vocals for a rollicking good time.
