Stir Fried Green Beans with Oyster Mushrooms & Garlic
Ingredients
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic finely sliced
200gm green beans cut into 5cm lengths
100gm oyster mushrooms
2 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp ground white pepper
Method
Heat wok over high heat.
When hot, add vegetable oil and green beans. Quickly sauté till light brown this should take about 1 minute.
Add garlic and mushrooms, continue to cook over high heat for another 30 seconds, or until garlic and mushrooms are cooked.
Add remaining ingredients toss and serve.
Garnish with sliced spring onion and coriander.
